Refund Policy

We have not previously implemented this policy, but due to recent circumstances, we are now compelled to introduce it.
In the past, our company was proud to be the only one offering full refunds on advance payments. However, to maintain fairness and manage our operations efficiently, the updated policy is as follows:

📅 Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours before tour departure:
    ❌ No refund of the advance payment.

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before tour departure:
    ✅ 50% refund of the advance payment.

  • Cancellation at least 4 days before tour departure:
    ✅ Full refund of the advance payment.

If you experience any issues with our representatives during the booking process or the tour itself, or if you encounter any problems with our services, please contact us immediately at the number provided.
