Tour Cancellation

We have not previously implemented this policy, but due to recent
circumstances, we are now compelled to introduce it.
In the past, our company was the only one to fully refund customers’
advance payments. The updated policy will be as follows:
Cancellation within 48 hours before tour departure: No refund of the
advance payment.
Cancellation more than 48 hours before tour departure: 50% refund of
the advance payment.
Cancellation at least 4 days before tour departure: Full refund of the
advance payment.
