📅 Day One
Departure via motorway as per schedule.
Breakfast at Besham.
Overnight stay and dinner at Chilas, Jaglot, or Gilgit (depending on travel time).
🔺 Note: Road condition from Dasu to Chilas is poor due to ongoing dam site construction. Possible delays may occur due to road blockages. We request clients’ cooperation as this is beyond our control.
📅 Day Two
After breakfast, departure for Skardu.
Visits:
Three Junction Point
Kachura Valley
Shangrila Lake and Resort
Upper Kachura Valley & Lake
Dinner and overnight stay in Skardu.
📅 Day Three
After breakfast, visits to:
Kharmang Valley
Chumandu (Meeting point of Karakoram, Himalayas, and Hindukush mountain ranges)
Manthoka Waterfall
Khaplu Valley
Pakistan’s Largest Cherry Garden (subject to approval)
Optional (time permitting):
Shigar Valley
Sarfaranga Cold Desert
Dinner and night stay in Skardu.
📅 Day Four
After breakfast, visit to Deosai Plains:
Jeeps will be hired (rent to be paid by participants).
Attractions:
Sadpara Lake
Ali Malik Top
Bara Pani
Kala Pani
Sheosar Lake
And more scenic spots
🚫 If Deosai is closed, alternate visit to Basho Valley.
Night stay, dinner, bonfire, and musical evening in Skardu.
📅 Day Five
After breakfast:
Visit to Shigar Valley and Sarfaranga Cold Desert (if not covered on Day Three).
Night stay and dinner at Jaglot, Chilas, or Besham.
📅 Day Six
After breakfast, departure for respective cities.
Short scenic stops will be made en route.

All optional activities must be paid for separately

Entry tickets, area passes, and porter charges
The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
🪑 Seating Policy
Our travel guide will contact you one day before departure to assign a temporary seat number.
This seat will remain assigned until the first breakfast stop, to help with smooth boarding and departure.
After breakfast, a seat rotation system will be followed — ensuring fair and equal seating opportunities for all travelers.
❗ No extra charges for window/front seat preferences.
This system is designed to promote equality, comfort, and a friendly group environment.
A basic seating layout for Coaster and Grand Cabin will be shared for reference.
👶 Child Policy
Children up to 4 years: Free of charge (must be seated in a guardian’s lap).
Children aged 4–7 years: Half charges will apply — seat provided on a folding seat.
Children aged 8 years and above: Full charges apply with a regular adult seat.
If a child above 8 years is not physically large, they may be given a folding seat at half price (subject to approval).
One folding seat will be free with every four large seats (applicable only for small children).
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
🛏 Room Sharing: Only blood relations and married couples are allowed to share a room.
👩 Single Women: Women traveling alone can travel with full confidence — your safety and comfort are our priority.
🗓 Schedule Flexibility: The company reserves the right to change the travel schedule in case of any problems or disruptions. Changes will be made only when absolutely necessary.
🪪 ID Requirement: Please carry your original CNIC or ID card at all times during the trip.
🔥 Heater Warning: Do not use heaters while sleeping — it is dangerous and hazardous to health.
❄️ Weather & Route: In case of severe weather, the travel route may be modified after consultation with all participants.
Refund Policy
We have not previously implemented this policy, but due to recent circumstances, we are now compelled to introduce it.
In the past, our company was proud to be the only one offering full refunds on advance payments. However, to maintain fairness and manage our operations efficiently, the updated policy is as follows:

Cancellation within 48 hours before tour departure:
❌ No refund of the advance payment.Cancellation more than 48 hours before tour departure:
✅ 50% refund of the advance payment.Cancellation at least 4 days before tour departure:
✅ Full refund of the advance payment.
